Return Procedure:

We regret that you must return your item. Let Us Assist.

Please send an email to info@biniscandles.com with your name and order number if you need to return a package. The cost of return postage will be on you.

Please be aware that the things being returned must be in their original packaging. Please write down your order number, mailing address, phone number, and the item description on a separate piece of paper if you no longer have your packing slip. 

Product Damaged Upon Arrival: 

In the event that a product is damaged upon arrival, there is no need to send it back. We will be pleased to help you with a replacement order if you provide a picture of the damaged item, your name, and your order number.
